This is a work by " Louis Adler " from Birmingham, England, in 1905.
Made from a type of gourd called "carabash" from South Africa, its U-shaped curved form is synonymous with "Sherlock Holmes."
The bowl top and the joints are decorated with pure silver decorative parts.
The inside of the bowl has some soot stains, but there are no noticeable scratches or blockages.
