You can now submit reviews anonymously
Dear Customers,
We publish reviews from customers who have purchased our products on our online store.
Due to the specifications of the system used to collect reviews, each letter of the customer's name was displayed.
However, some customers have expressed reluctance to have their names made public, making it difficult for them to post reviews, and we have received several requests for anonymous reviews.
Due to a recent system change, the name of the poster will no longer be displayed.
For store management purposes, we will know who posted the review, but your name will not be made public on the online shop.
Please note that as it is not possible to individually set the display method, all reviews submitted in the past have been made anonymous.
