Shipping policy

We usually ship within 3 business days (closed Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays) after confirming payment.

However, shipping may be delayed during bulk purchases or during busy periods such as sales.
In addition, shipping may be delayed for large items such as cutlery sets and tea sets, or items that require more time for inspection and cleaning, such as pocket watches.

Please check the business day calendar at the bottom of the shop page for holidays.
*If you have a specified delivery date, we will ship according to that date.

After inspecting the product, we will carefully package it and ship it.

We inspect and clean the product before shipping it.

A "delivery note," a copy of the product page, and care instructions are included with each item.
However, if the recipient's address and name are different from the orderer's, we will consider it a gift and will not include a "delivery note" listing the purchase price. If necessary, please write it in the comments section.

You can specify a delivery date and time within Japan.
If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please enter it on the shopping cart screen.
