We will do our best to ensure you can shop with confidence.

 If you wish to return an item,

1. If there are defects or initial faults not described in the product details,

we will inspect the returned item and issue a refund.

• Return shipping costs will be covered by our store (cash on delivery).
• The refund method will be decided in consultation with the customer.
• Repairs, exchanges for other products, or partial refunds will also be considered through mutual consultation.
• 2. If the delivered item differs from your order,

we will inspect the returned item and resend the correct product.

• Return shipping costs will be covered by our store (cash on delivery).
• If the ordered product is out of stock or cannot be delivered for other reasons, the order will be canceled and refunded.
• Even if an exchange is possible, you may choose to cancel.
• 3. If the product does not arrive,

after confirming with the delivery company, if loss is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

• 4. For returns due to customer preference such as "different from image",

we will inspect the returned item and refund the amount after deducting a return fee (10% of the payment).
