It is a set of small sterling silver bowl and spoon that seems to be a salt cellar (spice container).
A set of 6 bowls and 3 spoons. Maybe half the spoon was lost.
The bowl is detailed with bright cut botanical carvings.
It's a beautiful set just for decoration.
