This is a 1901 work by the Fenton Brothers workshop in London, England.
It is a small dish called a bonbon dish that can hold candies, chocolate, nuts, etc.
A pair of small plates with the same design, decorated with beautiful watermark decorations created by pierced earrings.
Made of heavy gauge silver, it feels heavier and more sturdy than it looks.
