1864 British Antique Sterling Silver Sugar Tong Scotland

This is a work of Peter MacFarlane workshop in Scotland in 1864.
It is decorated with beautiful sculptural decorations throughout.
It is large as a sugar tong and seems to be usable as an ice tong.
It's made of fairly thick silver and feels heavier than it looks.
