Introducing British Vintage Sterling Silver Compote/Tazza.
This is the work of the very popular Bernard family, which is said to be the oldest silversmith in the UK.
At first glance, it has a low height leg that looks like a plate.
Made in 1935, it is relatively new, but the fine engraving on the edge is truly beautiful.
Made of heavy gauge thick silver, it feels heavier than it looks.
