[Item introduction] Card case
It is a card case that would have been made to order by the upper class at the time.
The decoration on the surface is so beautiful that no two are the same.
This is a work by the Edinburgh JR workshop in Scotland, UK in 1830.
The ones made in Scotland are few and rare.
Although there are scratches and dents on the object, it is in a very good storage condition for being made over 200 years ago.
The cartouche part is raised with a detailed floral pattern, and the name of the former owner is engraved on the cartouche.
About 15 business cards are included in the size that can be entered without problems with current business cards.
We hope this lovely card case will add some color to your day!
