This is a work of John Henry Charles Lias workshop in London, England in 1876.
The handle has a beautiful relief sculpture with a hunting motif.
Beautiful sugar tongs with a slight guild (gold plating) throughout.
It's made of fairly thick silver and feels heavier than it looks.
