US Vintage Sheaffer Targa mechanical pencil gold plated case

This is a series of fountain pens called "Targa" in gold color.
The penholder is decorated with a grid pattern.
It is a method that rotates the pen shaft called a push type instead of a knock type to put the lead in and out.
There are about 2 extra nibs in the pen shaft.
It is in the original case and is a beautiful item with almost no feeling of use.
