This is a circa 1939 open-faced pocket watch with a silver needle case.
The "OMEGA" logo is engraved on the dial, case and movement.
As an orthodox underwater watch for practical use, it is a watch in a fairly good state of storage.
The overhaul history is unknown, but the balance swing is good and it is ticking and moving well.
