This is a rare type of pocket watch called Jumping Hour and Retrograde.
During jumping hours, the numbers in the small window at the top will make a clicking sound when the time changes.
Retrograde is a mechanism in which the minute hand goes halfway from 0 to 60 and then returns to 0 all at once.
Although it is sometimes seen on quartz watches, it is a rare type of mechanical pocket watch.
