1912 British Antique Sterling Silver Vesta Case Match Case William Henry Sparrow

A Vesta case was a small match holder from the time, with a file on the bottom for matching matches.
This is a 1912 work by William Henry Sparrow of Birmingham, England.
The entire piece is decorated with fine scrollwork, and the first owner's initials are engraved in the lower right corner of the obverse.
The lid opens and closes smoothly and closes perfectly, and is in good storage condition.
