This piece is from around 1911 and was imported to the UK by the importing company Berthold Hermann Muller.
There is a hallmark stamp for British imports, so it is probably an import from Germany.
This is a highly decorative tea caddy spoon with earrings and carvings on the handle and a sailing ship design on the handle.
It is large and quite heavy for a tea caddy spoon.
