We would like to introduce you to an antique British silver plated biscuit barrel.
This was made by James Deakin & Sons of Sheffield, England in 1895.
It is decorated with embossed flowers and the finial on the lid is also in the shape of a flower.
The barrel sits on a plate with legs, and the legs feature an antique "claw and bowl" design, with bird legs holding a ball.
