Introducing a set of British antique dessert cutlery with sterling silver handles.
This piece is from around 1875 by the prestigious silversmith "WALKER&HALL," who were appointed silversmiths to the royal family during Queen Victoria's era.
The hallmark is stamped with a different brand, "John Edward Bingham."
The set includes 9 knives and 9 forks, making 9 pairs of dessert cutlery.
The handles are made of white mother-of-pearl, paired with sterling silver blades, which feature delicate engravings, and the mother-of-pearl handles are also decorated.
The shell decoration on the lug (joint) part is also beautiful.
It may originally have been a 12-pair set, but currently it is a set of 9 pairs.
They are stored in a wooden box designed for 12 pairs.
We hope this lovely silver cutlery will add color to your everyday life!
