1897 British Antique Sterling Silver & Natural Stone Rotating Fob Sterling Silver Necklace

This is a necklace with a sterling silver fob made in 1897.
It has a solid silver base with dark green blood stones and a red carnelian rotating fob.
The necklace seems to be relatively new, but it is also made of sterling silver and has a beautifully beveled Kihei-shaped chain.
