1829 British antique sterling silver Salva card tray, diameter 25cm, 560g, John & William Barnard
SKU: 202405314401
We would like to introduce you to the British antique sterling silver Salva.
This is a work from 1829 by the very popular Barnard family, who are said to be the oldest silversmiths in the UK.
It is the size of a card tray, with a diameter of about 23 cm.
The edges and base are decorated with intricate floral motifs in relief, and the dial is intricately engraved.
Although it is not an original, it comes perfectly housed in a paper box and is in such good condition that it is hard to believe it was made nearly 200 years ago.
We hope this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one for you!
