This is a work by Aaron Hadfield of Sheffield, England, created in 1850 .
A pair of dessert cutlery sized knives and forks.
Both the handle and the blade are made of pure silver.
The handle is decorated with an antique Queens pattern.
Although the manufacturing years differ by about five years, they have the same design and the same bird-shaped family crest-like engraving on the handle.
