This is a pure silver writing instrument that contains both a push-type pencil and a dip pen.
There are two flower-shaped parts that slide onto the pen body, and by sliding them together you can insert or remove the push-type pencil and fountain pen.
The end of the pen is embedded with dark green bloodstone with red flecks, and when rotated it is possible to store a replacement refill inside.
