We will be introducing antique pocket watches from Longines, a long-established manufacturer founded in 1832.

A silver-sided hunter case pocket watch circa 1902.
The front cover features a soldier slaying a dragon (Saint George?), and the back cover features a beautiful relief carving of a sailing ship.
This is a very beautiful pocket watch with intricate engravings on the sides and around the crown.
It is unknown whether it has been overhauled, but the balance wheel is in good condition and ticks along smoothly.

Appearance: ★★★☆☆ Slightly damaged and dirty

Function: ★★★★☆ Maintenance history unknown but in good working condition (daily accuracy within 5 minutes)

·case:
Although there is some wear over the years, it is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches or dents.
The mechanism that opens the lid by pressing the crown has a weak spring.
・Case engraving:
There is a marking that looks like a case maker's mark on the bottom right of the back cover. There is no hallmark, but it has been inspected as 900 silver.
・Dial: There is a chip near the center of the needle, and a hairline near 11-12.
Other: The back cover is a pry-open type with no hinges.
Accuracy: Approx. 1 minute per day when measured with a flat timegrapher
Power reserve: up to 37 hours from full spring
