This penknife is believed to be from the early 19th century British Georgian period.
There is a hallmark on the sterling silver blade, but there is no date letter or maker mark, so the exact year of manufacture and manufacturer are unknown.
It has a mother-of-pearl handle with a larger sterling silver blade and a smaller steel blade that folds on either side.
