It is intricately decorated with inlay of a black alloy material called "niello."
This is a very beautiful case with gold-plated decoration on the lid.
The gold plating on the inside is still in good condition, and the deep, spacious design means it can also be used as a pill case or other small item holder.

Appearance: ★★★★☆ Excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or stains

Function: ★★★★☆ Slight deterioration but no major issues

Although there is some wear over the years, the black and gold parts are in beautiful condition with almost no peeling.
The gold plating on the inside is still intact. The rubber band inside has been replaced with a new one.
- The Austrian 900 silver hallmark is stamped on the side of the lid
- Opening and closing is smooth and the hinges close perfectly without any rattling.
The leather cover is slightly torn but is the perfect size.
