SKU: 202504125138
We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver mug.
This work was created by Frederick Augustus Burridge in Birmingham, England in 1896.
It was built to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Queen Victoria's coronation (Diamond Jubilee).
The sides are decorated with three-dimensional relief portraits of Queen Victoria from 1837 and 1897, and the lower half and top of the handle are decorated with intricate carvings.
It is made of thick silver and feels heavier than it looks.
We hope this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one for you!
