1897 British antique sterling silver double door card case, mirror finish, coat of arms engraved, 107g
SKU: 202505105355
We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver card case.
This card case was made in 1898 and although the engraving is unclear, it is probably the work of "Joseph Gloster."
It has a mirror finish with no engravings, and on one side is a monogram that is believed to be the initials of the first owner, and on the other side is the coat of arms of the Buchanan clan of Scotland and the motto, "Clarior Hinc Honos (From here onwards, honor shines brighter)."
It is a double opening type with a leather lining inside.
It won't fit a regular business card, but a credit card size card will fit in the inside pocket.
We hope that this once-in-a-lifetime encounter will be a special one!
