We would like to introduce you to an antique British sterling silver cigarette case.
Made by Hilliard & Thomason, Birmingham, England, 1880.
The entire piece is decorated with intricate hand-carved botanical motifs.
The cartouche on the front cover is engraved with a monogram that is believed to be the initials of the first owner.
It can hold up to 7.5cm of cigarettes and can also be used as a pill case.
It fits perfectly in what appears to be the original leather case and is in excellent condition with almost no scratches or distortions.
