1898 British Antique Sterling Silver Small Mug, 67g, James Deakin & Sons

This piece was made in 1898 by "James Deakin & Sons" in Chester, England.
This is a slightly smaller cup with an all-over relief decoration featuring flower motifs.
The cartouche is engraved with a monogram that appears to be the initials of the first owner.
