1898 British Antique Relief Sterling Silver Card Case, 69g, by Matthew John Jessop
SKU: 202508305662
We would like to introduce a British antique, pure silver card case.
This is a work by "Matthew John Jessop" from Birmingham, England, in 1898.
The entire surface is decorated with deep relief carvings featuring small flower patterns.
The cartouche is engraved with a monogram that appears to be the initials of the first owner.
It's sized to easily fit current business cards and can hold about 15 of them.
I hope this "once-in-a-lifetime" encounter will lead to a special meeting!
